Last night, Mallory Staats, a bride from Colleyville, Texas, came to pick up the envelopes for her wedding invitations. She was my first bride and I was overjoyed to hand them off to her completed and ready to stuff! It wasn't until she started to thank me that I realized how providing my calligraphy service can truly assist a bride or event planner. As she handed me a sweet thank you note, she began to tell me how much stress I had taken off her shoulders during the Christmas break. If you know my reasons for starting calligraphy, you know how much this meant to me! She made several great points such as not having to worry about writing or printing and making mistakes, helping her get the list together in a quick and organized manner and being able to focus her time on other details on her long list!
Often times, brides want to have their hands in every part of the wedding planning process and these brides are my favorite. They have so many expectations, visions and hopes for their perfect day in white. Mallory is one of those brides that seems very calm and collected. Her family may disagree, but in this process she was laid back and full of trust in the Cleggraphy experience!
I am so thankful that I was able to take this one task from her and create something she is proud to send out. I invite you to go to my page of calligraphy styles, pick the style you want and allow me to help make your dreams come true. I promise you will be thankful that you let go of this one detail, and your guests will be so honored from the very beginning once they see your sophisticated invitations!
